The Colour Is Mixed In, Not Painted On

"Coloured render" simply means the colour is built into the render itself, rather than painted on afterwards — so it doesn't fade, chip, or need repainting the way a painted wall does.

Silicone and monocouche render are both coloured render systems; traditional sand & cement isn't, which is why it needs painting once it's dried.
